赵智勇，男，法国克莱蒙费朗第一大学法学博士（2013年）。现华东政法大学博士后，主要研究方向为法国宪政史、中法文化遗产保护制度。多次参加中法两国联合举办的相关研讨会和论文集论文翻译，出版专著《La protection du patrimoine culturel en Chine》。

ZHAO Zhiyong, received his PhD in Law from Clermont-Ferrand I University in 2013, and works as a postdoctoral research fellow in ECUPL from 2014. His research fields include French Constitutional History, Protection System of Chinese and French Cultural Heritage. He participates in related Sino French Conferences, and is the author of La protection du patrimoine culturel en Chine.
