张长绵，男，罗马二大法学博士，助理研究员，意大利都灵大学、马切拉塔大学访问学者，工作语言为：中文、意大利文、英文、拉丁语和德文。主要研究方向为：罗马债法、私法史。译有《学说汇纂（第13卷）》（拉丁文-中文），曾在《私法研究》公开发表《<十二表法.>存在私犯之债吗？》等学术论文若干篇。

Changmian Zhang is an assistant professor in ECUPL. He received his Ph.D at University of Rome  “Tor Vergata”（Italy）. He was a visting Researcher at University of Turin (Italy) and University of Macerata (Italy ). He can work with several languages such as Chinese, Italian, English, Latin and German. His major research interest lies in area of obligation in Roman law and Private law history. He is the translator of Justinian’s Digest V.XIII (from Latin to Chinese). He has also published several articles in Chinese and English.
