茆巍，法学博士，华东政法大学科学研究员副研究员，研究方向：诉讼法史。先后在《中国社会科学》、《中国软科学》、《法制与社会发展》、《证据科学》上发表文章二十余篇，现主持有国家社科基金一般项目、中国法学会自选项目。

Mao Wei，associate professor of Institute of Sciences in ECUPL. He was rewarded Ph.D in 2011. He has been doing research on history of Chinese procedural law. He has published more than 20 articles on Chinese prestigious journals, for example, on Social Sciences of China, China Soft Sciences, Law and Social Development, Evidence Sciences. Now he is presiding over two research projects, one funded by National Social Sciences Fund, and the other China Law Society.
