王沛，男，法学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，法律古籍整理研究所常务副所长。兼任中国法律史学会法律古籍整理专业委员会副会长。从事中国法制史教学与研究，专业方向为先秦、秦汉法律史，以及出土法律文献整理与研究。出版有《黄老“法”理论源流考》、《金文法律资料考释》等著作，在《法学》、《华东政法大学学报》、《上海师范大学学报》、《法制与社会发展》等刊物上发表论文20余篇，主持或完成国家哲学社会科学基金项目《早期中国法秩序研究》、中国博士后科学基金会面上资助项目《金文法律资料集释》及特别资助项目《先秦法制源流考疑》。

Wang Pei, PhD in Law, an Associate Professor and LLM supervisor, is the current director of Legal History Teaching and Research Section in ECUPL, and serves as the standing vice director of the Institute of Ancient Legal Documents of ECUPL as well as the vice president of Committee of Ancient Legal Documents in China Legal History Society. He teaches and researches the history of Chinese legal system, especially on the legal history of the pre-Qin era, legal history of Han Dynasty, and the collation and research of unearthed legal documents. He is the author of A Textual Research on the Origin of the Fa Theory of the Huanglao. He has published more than 20 articles in the journals such as Law Journals, Journal of ECUPL, Journal of Shanghai Normal University, and Law and Social Development. His research projects include the Research on the Early Chinese Legal Order (a National Social Sciences Fund project), Collected Explanations of Legal Information of Bronze Inscriptions (a general program of China Postdoctoral Science Fund) and The Research on the Origin of the Legal Systems of the Pre-Qin Dynasty (a special program of China Postdoctoral Science Fund).

WANG Pei, Doktor der Rechte, arbeitet an der ECUPL als außerplanmäßiger Professor und Magisterbetreuer vorzüglich in der chinesischen Rechtsgeschichte von der Frühzeit über die Qin- und bis zur Han-Dynastie (220 n. d. Z.).Ein anderer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Bearbeitung ausgegrabener Rechtsquellen, weswegen er auch Stellvertretender Vorsitzender des entsprechenden Sonderausschusses im „Chinesischen Fachverein für Rechtsgeschichte“ ist.Neben Monographien, z. B. „Ursprung der ‚Rechts‘-Theorien bei Laotse“ und „Erörterung der Rechtsquellen in Großer Siegelschrift“, erschienen über 20 seiner Aufsätze in „Die Rechtswissenschaft“, „Fachblatt der ECUPL“, „Fachblatt der Schanghaier pädagogischen Hochschule“, „Recht und Gesellschaftsentwicklung“ o. ä. Zeitschriften.Projekte, die er geschafft hat bzw. noch trägt, sind „Über Chinas frühzeitliche Rechtsordnung“ (NSSFC), „Gesamtdeutung der Rechtsquellen in Großer Siegelschrift“ (Postdoktorförderung) und „Untersuchung angezweifelter Rechtsquellen vor der Qin-Dynastie“ (Sonderförderung).
