高珣，女，法学博士，副教授。主要从事中国法制史、法律文化的教学与研究。现任华东政法大学教务处副处长，中国儒学与法律文化研究会秘书长，上海市法治研究会副秘书长。学术成果主要有专著《隋朝法制与统一秩序研究》，在学术期刊杂志上发表论文十余篇，主编、参编多部教材，参与并完成司法部、上海市哲学社会科学基金、中国法学会、上海市教委等课题近十项。曾获第二届中国法律文化研究成果青年奖。
Gao Xun, PhD in Law, an Associate Professor of ECUPL, is the current vice director of registrar's office in ECUPL. She has been teaching and studying the history of Chinese legal systems as well as Chinese legal thoughts, and bears the titles of secretary general of Chinese Confucianism and Legal Culture Institute and vice secretary general of Shanghai Rule of Law Institute. Her main academic contribution includes monograph Legal System of Sui Dynasty and the Unified Order and over 10 articles in journals such as Journal of Legal History, Law Science Monthly, and The Society. She has proofread and collated several early classical law books such as Theory of Chinese Civil Procedure, Comparative Criminal Law and Complete Collection of Newly-translated Japanese Laws and Regulations (Vol. 6). She has contributed to publications as Legal Culture and Building the Socialist Harmonious Society, The Origins of Legal Terms, and participated in nearly 10 projects sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, Shanghai Humanity and Social Sciences Fund, China Law Society, and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. She also was the editor-in-chief or contributor to textbooks such as The History of Chinese Legal Systems and The History of Chinese Legal Thoughts.

GAO Xun, weiblich, Doktor der Rechte und außerplanmäßiger Professor.Mit Forschungsschwerpunkt in der chinesischen Rechtsgeschichte und –kultur arbeitet sie zurzeit als Stellvertretende Abteilungsleiterin fürs Unterrichtswesen der ECUPL, Generalsekretärin der „Chinesischen Forschervereinigung für Konfuzianismus und Rechtskultur“ und Stellvertretende Generalsekretärin der „Schanghaier Vereinigung für juristische Forschung“.Neben der Monographie „Rechts- und Einheitsordnung der Sui-Dynastie (581 – 618)“ hat sie noch Dutzend Aufsätze veröffentlicht, mehrere Lehrbücher mitgestaltet und trägt mehrere Projekte von u. a. dem Staatsjustizministerium, der „Schanghaier Stiftung für Philosophie und Sozialwissenschaften“, der „Chinesischen Jura-Gesellschaft“ und dem Schanghaier Kultusministerium.Mittlerweile gewann sie den „Jugendpreis“ der „2. Nationalauszeichnung für rechtskulturelle Forscherleistung“. |
